ABOUT US
Founded in 2006 by Dr. Abi Lastname, we offer a range of services to patients in the metropolitan area and beyond, including in-person visits, TeleVisits, telephone consultations, web messaging, and more.
Our practice has won three national awards for our use of electronic medical records technology in order to improve patient care. We offer a comprehensive patient portal, therapeutic injections, adult vaccines, spirometry, ECG, pre-operative consultation, and care management for complex patients.
Dr. Angela Lastname joined us in May 2023 and is accepting new patients.
